Grand Dunman is a new condominium development located along Dunman Road near Dakota MRT station in District 15. It features 1,035 residential units ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom types.

According to ERA Research & Consultancy’s land rates calculations, the land rate for the Dunman Road GLS site was $1,350 psf. This price is roughly 4% higher than the $1,302 psf that CDL paid for the Tembusu Grand GLS site in District 15.
